1. Submit a deletion request
Send an email to Cetro9@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. You may also contact us through the phone or WhatsApp number displayed on our website.
2. Include enough information to identify your record
- Your full name.
- The phone number or email address used to contact us.
- The channel used, such as website, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.
- A brief description of the information or enquiry you want deleted.
Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. What happens next
We may contact you to verify that the request relates to you. After verification, we will delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. We aim to respond within 30 days, although additional time may be needed for complex requests. Certain records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, safety or other lawful purposes.
4. Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp data
If you contacted us using a Meta platform, you may also need to delete messages, activity or account data directly through that platform’s privacy and account settings. Our deletion process covers information received and stored by us; it does not delete information independently held by Meta or another third party.
