These terms govern use of this website and any service booked with Varahi DPF Cleaning Services. A written quotation or job card may contain additional service-specific terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services.

2. Our services

We provide inspection, cleaning and related support for diesel particulate filters (DPFs), subject to vehicle and filter condition. The exact process, price, expected completion time and scope will be discussed before work begins.

3. Diagnosis and scope

DPF blockage may be caused or accompanied by faults involving sensors, injectors, turbochargers, EGR systems, engine oil consumption, exhaust leaks, driving patterns or other vehicle systems. DPF cleaning does not automatically repair unrelated or underlying faults. Additional diagnosis or repair may be recommended and is outside the agreed scope unless stated in writing.

4. Quotations, payment and taxes

Quotations are based on the information and condition available at the time and may change if hidden damage, contamination or additional work is discovered. Applicable taxes, transport, removal/refitting, parts and third-party services are included only when expressly stated. Payment is due according to the agreed quotation or invoice.

5. Appointments, cancellation and collection

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Reasonable inspection, handling, storage, transport or third-party charges may apply where work has started, parts have been ordered, or a vehicle/filter is not collected within the agreed time.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate vehicle details, symptoms, prior repairs and known faults.
  • Ensure you have authority to approve work on the vehicle or component.
  • Remove valuables and personal items before handing over a vehicle.
  • Follow after-care, regeneration and repair recommendations.
  • Do not operate a vehicle that is unsafe or displays critical warning signs.

7. Service results and warranties

We aim to provide professional cleaning and verification. Results depend on filter age, physical damage, melting, oil/coolant contamination, ash loading, prior tampering and the condition of related vehicle systems. We cannot guarantee that every DPF is recoverable, that warning lights will remain off when underlying faults persist, or that cleaning will produce a particular mileage or performance improvement. Any specific warranty will be stated separately in writing.

8. Refusal or suspension of work

We may refuse or pause work where a vehicle or component presents a safety risk, appears illegally modified, has severe damage, requires specialist repair outside our scope, or where required approvals or payments are not provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss caused by pre-existing defects, inaccurate customer information, continued operation against advice, third-party repairs, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Website information

Website content is general information and is not a substitute for vehicle-specific inspection. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free. Availability and pricing may change without prior notice.

11. Intellectual property

The website design, logo, text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission, except as allowed by law.

12. Privacy and electronic communications

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By contacting us electronically, you agree to receive replies through the channel you used, including phone, email, WhatsApp or social media.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
